SECONEA’S RECENT REALIZATIONSYoung Seop Lee, Principal of SECONEA and Adjunct Professor of Architecture, presented the Dosan Memorial Hall project at the Telling Our Stories series: Historic Preservation, Social Justice, and Educating the Community, organized by the Mellon Foundation, the Dosan Memorial Foundation, and the Harada House at the Inland Civil Rights Institute.
Progress on the Harriman Project is advancing well. Exterior sealing of the structures is nearing completion, and millwork installation is currently underway. The project is on track for an estimated completion date in 2024.
The Harriman Project is a 4-unit multifamily residential development nestled on a picturesque sloping hillside in Los Angeles. The design leverages the natural contours of the land to create a seamless integration between indoor and outdoor spaces. Each unit features unique architectural elements that offer breathtaking views of Downtown LA, providing residents with a harmonious and elevated living experience.

Reborn Coffee, renowned for its innovative approach to fourth-wave coffee, prioritizes meticulous sourcing, washing, roasting, and brewing methods. At its flagship location in downtown Pasadena, the design ethos revolves around crafting an inclusive and personalized atmosphere that resonates with the local community. Seamlessly integrating traditional mission-style architecture with contemporary interior elements, the space exudes warmth and charm. Tapered-edge bronze-finished arches and textured modern finishes enrich the ambiance, fostering areas for socialization, study, and work within the coffee shop. In addition, Reborn Coffee collaborates with Reborn Social's Fido House to provide a welcoming environment for pet owners.

Harriman Residences will be a newly built 7,000-square-foot 4 units residences designed by SECONEA. Comprised of three stories gently placed on a sloping LA hillside, this vertical house uses the subtle deviation of each unit to create seamless indoor-outdoor spaces at every unit with unique and unobstructed views of Downtown LA.

Acadia House construction is commenced. The project is a total of 3,000 sf full repositioning and restructuring of the existing house with an 1,000 sf addition. It is integrated with the latest smart home management system including EPS ultimate smart home automation and Aqara P1 sensors and Qhiuat outdoor wall lighting system.
